Laughing & the immune system

Laughing an hour a day boosts immune system forf many hours. Ancient yogis of india knew this was the case thousands of years ago apparently laughing stimulates the glands in the body which helps the immune system and keep you looking young and healthy.

So how do you laugh at thing for an hour a day when alla round you on the news the people you meet is doom and gloom quite simply you just laugh and after a few practice sessions on your own you will find it very easy to do it daily.
